OUR MISSION

  • It’s all about being personable in our sessions.

  • You are not a number you are a person and treated as such.

  • Quality time equals Quality results.

  • Giving Heart is our theme which is why we keep a coach to player ratio low, always.

  • From young ages we encourage leadership skills and to do things that may be difficult because that is life, in and out of Recreation play and Sports Training.

  • And always relying on Gods Holy Spirit to govern our Service.

  • A little about me……

I was born in LA (West Covina) and grew up playing Sports my whole life in the Mojave Desert (Barstow) and Santa Maria CA. I played many sports growing up playing through High School into a short period of Junior College. I have trained myself to a high standard technically and was mentored by a Pro level Soccer Player. But the passion never left. Once I started my own family and began coaching I really loved helping others get better. I started coaching in 2016 and found it to be very fulfilling. I truly thrive off individual development. Since then I’ve been very fortunate to have Trained, mentored, collaborate, and connected with many coaches from all around the world including Brazil, Italy, and Spain along with wonderful Coaches from the LA area. I was 11-12 years of age when a friend of the family ( Elite Player) took time out of his life to show me how to get better mastery in soccer and other sports. Which is why I value 1on1 training. It completely opened my eyes to what was possible. I do love to demonstrate technique so they can see how its done in person. I am rewarded by seeing them light up as they perform doing things they couldn’t do before. I also believe strongly that nutrition plays a key role in performance. I have 5 kids and my wonderful wife Lori who believes in this mission of Quality service to others. I am a God fearing man who trust in One (Trinity) Father, Son Jesus, Holy Spirit as my source of Wisdom, Love, and Courage.

I can personally attest to the wonderful, insightful coaching methods of Daniel Barilone. He has so much passion and compassion when coaching soccer. He was my son’s soccer coach for multiple years and those seasons were the best. He truly wants the kids to learn and grow but also mature in the sport. My son really loved the fact that Daniel was an active player. He could show the kids what he wanted out of them. And that his coach could still pull off awesome moves. Daniel was kind yet strict. He takes the sport seriously but was not harsh or rude. Very encouraging and tried to bring up all the potential he saw in the kids. I believe he is a fantastic coach and coaches with heart.
