There is so much information out there and it’s really hard to know what is correct. These lessons will help create plans and goals to accomplish the set purpose of the athlete. The course instruction is conducted in simple terms so that they get (need to know) information that relates to what the athlete deals with on a daily base and also allows time for Q&A.
