This service is designed to help young athletes understand how to fuel and prepare themselves according to the specific sport that your athletes is currently playing. There is so much information out there and it’s really hard to know what is correct. These lessons will help create plans and goals to accomplish the set purpose of the athlete. The course instruction is conducted in simple terms so that they get (need to know) information that relates to what the athlete deals with on a daily base and also allows time for Q&A. These services are 30min in duration via Google Meets Zoom . Each meeting the student will gain knowledge and have the tools to put into action. This is a 1 on 1 style learning environment.
