POLICIES FOR SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION

Scheduling:

All clients must contact Trainer prior to scheduling appt. Payment must be received before scheduling occurs.

Cancellation:

All cancellations that need to be rescheduled because life happens must give at least a 3 day notice. Any cancelled appts inside 2 days or less will not be rescheduled. Unforseen emergent circumstances will be considered for a reschedule at convenience of Trainer in those situations. Weather that may cause untrainable conditions will be rescheduled for a appropriate time.
