POLICIES FOR SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION

Scheduling:

All clients must contact Trainer prior to scheduling appt. Payment must be received before scheduling occurs.

Cancellation:

All cancellations that need to be rescheduled because life does happens must give at least a 3 day notice. Any cancelled appts inside 2 days or less will not be eligible to rescheduled. Unforseen emergent circumstances will be considered for a reschedule date at convenience of the Trainer in those situations. Weather that may cause untrainable conditions will be rescheduled for a time that is available to the Trainer.

A No show/ In person or virtual:

If no contact is made to the trainer within 15min of a appointment if the client is not present the trainer will deem the session a cancel, and may leave the call or Field location. Rescheduling unavailable.
