Coach Barilone strategically hones in skills to take advantage of players’ strengths. He is calm, supportive and takes a long term approach to training. One of the aspects we appreciated the most is that he allowed the boys to play games with minimal coaching, knowing he put in the coaching and mentoring during practices.
