We focus to Shoot to make every shot, defensive positioning, Tactical movement, mental focus/strength, and visualization. The purpose of one on one training is to accomplish a desired result in the individual player. Being simple and clear about what it takes to achieve specific results is very important. You can’t practice or train expecting to get better results but not apply anything new that would be considered craziness. Keep it simple and produce your potential. Available to Ages 8 and up.
