
Running Club is a time with friends. This is a group environment for short and long distance runners as well as those looking to improve agility.
We will practice correct form and multi directional running with flag football drills optional.
Different stations will be available for balance and strength training.
Designated Running area would be upper grass for station work and Sprints. Long distance runners (1 full lap or more) would run sidewalk upper and lower as far as desired during session timeframe. No trail running. If the student chooses to run long distance they must communicate to Coach how many laps they are planning on running. All must participate in begining warm up and cool down stretch 5 min before session ends.
